This is a contemporary home on the interior with a classically styled exterior built on Martha's Vineyard. This house features a shingle style exterior with lead coated copper accents. A two story timber frame structure on the interior helps integrate all of the living spaces along the view axis. The cathedral ceilings in the living and dining areas open to an upper galley / corridor which access a guest bedroom suite. Built for an elderly couple, the house is primarily on one level in a linear fashion with separate wings for the master bedroom at one end and a library guest suite at the other.
