This new construction project of a new tile distributor showroom and warehouse facility in Missoula, MT. Showroom area was approximately 2500 square feet along with a 18,000 square foot warehouse along with a second tenant rental space also with a 1000 square foot showroom and 8000 square foot warehouse area. Major components included a truck loading ramp and dock, service and delivery bays for contractor pickup adn a full service showroom with multiple vignettes.
